Riddu Riđđu festivála
The Riddu Riđđu Festival in Norway celebrates indigenous Sami culture annually. Founded in 1991, it’s a vibrant gathering featuring music, art, literature, and cultural performances from indigenous peoples worldwide. Through concerts, workshops, and discussions, it promotes dialogue, understanding, and indigenous rights. It’s a testament to cultural resilience and diversity against the stunning backdrop of Norway’s natural beauty.

The Riddu Riđđu festival poster 2018.
I was commissioned to design the poster for the esteemed Riddu Riđđu festival in 2018. The poster depicted a Skolt Sámi woman, representing the Kildin and Skolt Sámi communities of the Kola Peninsula, who were recognized as the «people of the year» for the festival.
